T thread top hammer drilling bits are designed for extended wear

T threaded botton bits is from 28-152 mm in diameter, are made from
cemented carbide throughout. We provides all the most efficient
button shapes (spherical, ballistic and conical) and the required
skirt designs (regular or retrac) in order to obtain the best bit
for the rock formation in question.
In addition to the choice of tunsten carbide button grade, how to
choose the drill bit design is very important for the drilling work
efficiency, also it will have a direct impact on the hole effect &
vertical degree. Combined with our production and sales experience,
we have summarized some of the following lessons for reference
only:
Spherical buttons: The height of exposed teeth is low, mainly used
in the very hard rock formation above F14, to improve wear
resistance, to prevent the situation of debris, it should take
lower drilling speed.
Ballistic buttons: It can expose more height of buttons, mainly
used in soft rock and ordinary rock below F12, with quicker
drilling speed, but encountered hard rock, very easily to happen
buttons debris phenomenon.
