- We can offer training for our customers inside of our factory on
operation and maintenance; If the order is more than 5 units
machines, we can send our engineer directly to working side for
traininig;
- Offering some free spare parts together with the machines;
- Can offer spare parts of recommended list to be stocked in users'
local market for 1 year, or 2 years, and supply those parts within
short time;
3. Do you have warranty for the machines?
- Yes, the warranty period is 2000 working hours or 360 days after
commissioning, whichever occurs first.
4. Can you change the machines based on our requirements?
- Yes, once you send us your requirements ( engine model, torque
converter model, transmission model etc....), we can change the
machines based on customers' requirement.

services,such as design service, customized product, training
course, etc. The following paragraphs are brief introductions on

Design service
Our design service means that our customers should supply relevant
product drawings or specify their requirements, and our technicians
will work out a design plan accordingly and then arrange production
as customer requested. The design contents incluecab style, size of
radiator, attachments of loader and more.
Training service
When it comes to training service, we offer technical manual to our
customers, and we will provide group customers with operation and
maintenance courses.In addition, OEM is also available.
